Katherine Lewis

Led by Katherine, our executive coaching is grounded in proven frameworks and strong academic and business credentials. Katherine began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company. After earning her MBA at Harvard University, she held senior leadership roles at Time Warner Cable, Cablevision and Starwood Hotel & Resorts. As President of Mypublisher.com, Katherine led the tech company's growth from early start-up to $30M in sales.

Katherine is certified by numerous leading coaching institutions including the International Coach Federation (PCC), Coaches Training Institute (CPCC), and the Association for Corporate Executive Coaches (MCEC) as well as several comprehensive assessment tools such as The Birkman Method and the Hogan assessment. She also has advanced certification in the Team Diagnostic Survey (6 Conditions), The Rocket Model for teams and AIIR’s Team Effectiveness model.

Misa Fujimura-Fanselow

Trained in co-active coaching at the Coaches Training Institute, Misa builds upon her vast range of professional experiences to help her clients achieve their leadership development goals. She started her career at the Posse Foundation, where she trained college students, university faculty and administrators on issues of diversity, inclusion and leadership development. After earning her MBA at Duke University, she worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and the Bridgespan Group, Bain & Company's nonprofit consulting arm. As a consultant, Misa advised senior leaders across the globe on strategy and organizational design. More recently, Misa has advised organization leaders on inclusive leadership and unconscious bias as a diversity, equity and inclusion trainer. Later, she led organizational design and change efforts as HR Director at Revlon. Most recently, Misa served as Managing Director at Duke Corporate Education, where she helped clients design leadership development programs. 

Misa is certified in the Hogan Personality Inventory, Hogan Development Survey and Motives, Values Preferences Inventory. 

 

Robin Schletter

As an Executive Coach, Robin Schletter develops a partnership with her clients through open and honest dialogue with an emphasis on results. She helps senior executives and high potential management overcome persistent obstacles and performance challenges to build their value and commitment to their organization. Robin has coached executives across sectors on goals related to leadership style, self-awareness, confidence, executive presence, and conflict resolution. She has a particular passion for working to develop high performing teams.

Robin’s professional history spans over 30 years and began with a focus on the design, development and implementation of training programs. At HBO she spearheaded the landmark affiliate training function that created the first nationwide system to improve sales and customer service for over 150,000 customer contact personnel. This work led her to focus on how management issues impact the performance of the front line and the bottom line.

Robin is a certified coach and a graduate of Columbia University's Executive Coaching Program. She is certified to administer The Hogan, The Birkman Method, the NBI: Thinking Preferences Assessment, and the 6 Team Conditions assessment. Robin has completed the Gestalt Advanced Coaching Workshop, the Peter Hawkins Systemic Team Coaching Program and the Oxford Brooks Coach Supervision Program. Her Master’s Degree in Psychology is from the New School for Social Research.

Jessie Austin Redley

Jessie combines her keen consulting acumen with her academic background in psychology to help enhance her clients’ effectiveness, at both the team and individual levels. Her areas of expertise include assisting companies with talent management and selection support, creating leadership development programs, and building highly effective teams.

Jessie started her career as management consultant working alongside the founder of Kenyon Bridge, a talent management and selection consulting firm. Since then, she has consulted for organizations in a wide range industries, including education, healthcare, insurance, and engineering. Jessie holds an advanced certification in The Birkman Method and has evaluated thousands of assessments, providing feedback to hundreds of clients. She was invited to speak with Jeffrey H. Kenyon Ed.D. at the 2018 Birkman International Conference where they presented “Don’t Hire Your Twin: Making Smart Hiring Decisions with Birkman”.

In addition to pursuing her Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Austin Peay State University, Jessie also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Belmont University.
